However, the extensive use of plastic film has led to a more serious problem of residual film pollution in farmland, which not only destroys soil structure and hinders crop growth, but also causes continuous harm to the environment. According to relevant statistics, the amount of waste plastic film produced in China each year is astonishing, but the recycling rate is relatively low. A large amount of residual film is randomly discarded in the fields, becoming one of the main sources of "white pollution". Under this severe situation, how to efficiently recycle and reasonably utilize these agricultural residual plastic films has become a key problem that the government and enterprises focus on.

As a state-owned enterprise rooted in China, the customer has a clear development plan and long-term strategic layout in the field of renewable resources. In the early communication stage, the two sides fully communicated and deeply discussed the customer's local strength and the future prospects of the renewable resources sector, which greatly deepened the mutual understanding and trust and laid a solid foundation for subsequent cooperation.
Relying on the rich experience and strong technical strength accumulated over the years, DOING has tailored a thermal pyrolysis machine solution for China's agricultural residual plastic film recycling pyrolysis project. With the help of thermal pyrolysis technology, agricultural residual film is converted into an energy product with significant value - plastic oil, which can not only effectively solve the problem of environmental pollution, but also realize the efficient recycling of resources, injecting strong impetus into the sustainable development of local agriculture. The project is mainly equipped with 2 sets of 10-ton thermal pyrolysis machines, and is equipped with a complete exhaust gas treatment system to ensure that the emission indicators not only meet but also exceed the national standards, and minimize the potential impact on the environment.

From May 7 to 8, 2024, Chinese customer representatives made a special trip to DOING for a field inspection. During the period, DOING's project manager explained the production process in detail and carefully arranged a factory visit, fully demonstrating the company's personnel scale, processing capacity and comprehensive strength. After two days of in-depth communication and inspection, the customer decided on the spot to select DOING as its long-term development strategic partner. Immediately afterwards, DOING quickly started the solution quotation process, and actively cooperated with the other company's group meeting, using online video conferences to discuss the future development blueprint in depth, and at the same time began to draft a cooperation agreement. The entire cooperation process was efficient and orderly, fully demonstrating the firm sincerity and determination of both parties to cooperate.
After more than four months of intensive preparation and hard work, DOING successfully completed the production, delivery and installation of China's farmland plastic film pyrolysis machine as planned. At present, 2 sets of 10-ton plastic film pyrolysis machines are being installed and debugged in an orderly manner. At the same time, the ground hardening work is also being carried out simultaneously: in view of the side slag discharge working mode of the pyrolysis machine, the carbon black pit is reserved in advance to avoid unnecessary waste of resources caused by repeated excavation of the foundation in the future; the machine uses a water tank condensation system. In order to fully guarantee the condensation effect and effectively improve the oil yield, the customer also specially built a cooling circulation water pool.
