From May 7 to 8, 2024, Chinese customer representatives made a special trip to DOING for a field inspection. During the period, DOING's project manager explained the production process in detail and carefully arranged a factory visit, fully demonstrating the company's personnel scale, processing capacity and comprehensive strength. After two days of in-depth communication and inspection, the customer decided on the spot to select DOING as its long-term development strategic partner. Immediately afterwards, DOING quickly started the solution quotation process, and actively cooperated with the other company's group meeting, using online video conferences to discuss the future development blueprint in depth, and at the same time began to draft a cooperation agreement. The entire cooperation process was efficient and orderly, fully demonstrating the firm sincerity and determination of both parties to cooperate.
After more than four months of intensive preparation and hard work, DOING successfully completed the production, delivery and installation of China's farmland plastic film pyrolysis machine as planned. At present, 2 sets of 10-ton plastic film pyrolysis machines are being installed and debugged in an orderly manner. At the same time, the ground hardening work is also being carried out simultaneously: in view of the side slag discharge working mode of the pyrolysis machine, the carbon black pit is reserved in advance to avoid unnecessary waste of resources caused by repeated excavation of the foundation in the future; the machine uses a water tank condensation system. In order to fully guarantee the condensation effect and effectively improve the oil yield, the customer also specially built a cooling circulation water pool.
