As a leading global manufacturer of continuous pyrolysis machine, we Henan DOING® Company recently successfully installed a 50 tonnes/day continuous pyrolysis plant in India, specifically designed for processing waste tires. This continuous tire recycling pyrolysis plant project video is now uploaded to our YouTube Chanel, welcome to watch it to learn how to transform waste tires into high-value resources.
Continuous pyrolysis machine offers significant advantages over batch pyrolysis equipment. First, its continuous operation mode ensures 24/7 uninterrupted production, avoiding energy waste and inefficiency caused by frequent start-ups and shutdowns. According to project data, the continuous tire recycling pyrolysis plant has a stable daily processing capacity of 50 tons and a pyrolysis efficiency exceeding 95%, far surpassing the industry average. Second, the automated control system integrates PLC monitoring, achieving precise temperature control (typically between 300-600℃) and automatic material feeding and unloading, reducing manual intervention and operational risks. This design is particularly effective in India's hot and dusty environment, where the equipment's corrosion resistance and stability have withstood rigorous testing.

Waste rubber tires(end of life tyres), as complex raw materials with high fiber and oil content, require strict pre-treatment processes before being fed into the fully continuous tire pyrolysis machine. Generally, the production line equipment needed to process tires into rubber powder includes tire crusher, tyre shredder, magnetic separator (with a steel wire recovery rate >98%), and a vibrating screen. Waste tires must first undergo steel wire removal and particle size reduction to ensure a smooth pyrolysis process and avoid blockages and uneven pyrolysis problems. The separated steel wire is cleaner, fetching a market price approximately $50-150 per ton higher than that from direct pyrolysis process. For Indian customers, this means greater feedstock adaptability, lower maintenance costs, and higher yields from pyrolysis products.
