The journey towards this partnership began in September 2025 when the Mexican oil company owner, seeking a proper solution for managing their oil sludge waste, approached DOING and visited our production factory. During initial discussions, concerns regarding the limitations of conventional carbon steel pyrolysis machine – particularly its susceptibility to corrosion from sulfur and chlorine commonly found in oil sludge, and potential contamination of recovered oil – were a key focus, recommending a specialized stainless steel oil sludge pyrolysis plant. The client was given an in-depth tour, examining the meticulous welding processes and material specifications of stainless steel pyrolysis machine, and DOING invited them to test samples of his own oil sludge on a pilot unit, confirming the equipment's ability to deliver the recovery rates and oil quality he needed.
