In April 2026, DOING Company, a pyrolysis plant manufacturer, secured a contract to supply a tyre powder machine to a regular client in Russia. This tyre powder machine will support the client's 50T fully continuous tyre pyrolysis plant by processing whole waste tyres into fine powder suitable for continuous feeding, ensuring smooth operation of their production line.

Tyre to powder pretreatment machine for fully continuous pyrolysis plant
The client is an oil and gas company in Russia that previously purchased a 50T fully continuous tyre pyrolysis plant from DOING Company. That system has been running reliably, converting waste tyres into pyrolysis oil, syngas, and carbon black. For fully continuous pyrolysis, tyres must be fed as uniform powder to maintain steady efficiency and consistent yields of oil and gas. The client's original pre-processing setup couldn't handle the volume needed for their 50-tonne daily output, prompting them to seek a dedicated tyre powder machine as an add-on.
A key factor in the client's swift confirmation of the order was DOING's ability to quickly address their primary concern: the production and delivery timeline. The client emphasized the urgency of integrating the tyre powder machine to prevent any potential downtime in their main pyrolysis line due to a pre-treatment shortfall. DOING's sales and supply chain teams promptly provided a confirmed production schedule and delivery estimate, leading to an order confirmation.
The Russian client chose DOING again due to their prior successful collaboration. Having experienced the reliability of DOING's pyrolysis plant and comprehensive service firsthand, they trusted the company's ability to provide compatible, high-quality equipments that match their operational needs without integration issues.

Russian client's 50T fully continuous tyre pyrolysis plant site
The tyre powder production line supplied by DOING is meticulously tailored to meet the exacting input requirements of a 50T/day continuous pyrolysis plant. It comprises several integrated components designed for optimal efficiency and output quality:
Tyre Debeader: This machine efficiently extracts steel wires from the tyre beads, enhancing subsequent shredding safety and efficiency.

Tyre Shredder: This powerful shredder directly breaks down whole tyres or large tyre sections into uniform rubber blocks, typically 3-5cm in size, streamlining the initial reduction stage.

Tyre Powder Machine (Rubber Grinder): The core of the line, this machine meticulously grinds the shredded rubber blocks into the desired fine powder.
Crucially, the system is equipped with advanced magnetic separators, ensuring steel impurities are removed, and fiber separators to eliminate fabric residues. This meticulous separation prevents potential wear and tear or blockages within the downstream pyrolysis reactor. The machine also offers adjustable output mesh sizes, ranging from 5 to 80 mesh, providing versatility for various end-use applications beyond pyrolysis.
Following the April 2026 signing, production of this fully automated tyre powder machine has been scheduled. Factory testing is set to wrap up by mid-May 2026, after which it will ship to the Russian site for installation.
