In April 2026, DOING Company, a manufacturer of pyrolysis furnace, has closed a repeat order with a veteran customer in Thailand for three 18TPD pyrolysis furnaces. The current purchase is aimed to further expand their production lines.

With more than 20 years in pyrolysis, the Thai customer possesses an acute understanding of equipment performance and reliability. Their primary concerns have always centered on manufacturing capability and the tangible quality of the pyrolysis furnace.
Our first collaborated two years ago when DOING demonstrated its advanced pyrolysis technology to a customer, directly comparing its advantages with the customer's existing equipment. Convincing performance data led to the purchase of the first 18TPD pyrolysis furnace.
The pyrolysis furnace supplied during that initial order has since operated consistently for two years, with customer feedback indicating that it has remained clean and odor-free during this period. This consistent, satisfactory performance was a critical factor leading to the recent face-to-face discussion, where, after discussing specific requirements, the customer immediately signed an order for three 18TPD pyrolysis furnaces.

Robust Structural Design: The pyrolysis furnace line features a reaction vessel built from specialized alloy steel with thickened plates and precision welding. This combination is engineered to withstand high-temperature, slightly pressurized environments while maintaining long-term deformation resistance and leak-free performance. DOING holds ISO and CE certifications and can provide third-party material test reports for full transparency.

Enhanced Safety Features: Safety is paramount in DOING's design philosophy. Our equipment integrates multiple interlocking safety systems, including pressure alarms, anti-explosion devices, emergency relief valves, and closed-loop temperature control. This multi-layered approach significantly enhances operational safety compared to older generation equipment, addressing a key concern for operator.

High Throughput: Unlike traditional systems, DOING's pyrolysis furnaces are designed for optimized feeding system and uniform heating design. This ensures the pyrolysis furnace achieves its rated daily processing capacity, meaning the customer's three new units will collectively deliver a substantial boost in their existing plant's overall productivity.
Superior Oil Yield: High efficiency extends to product recovery, with our pyrolysis furnace featuring optimized internal gas flow structures and multi-stage condensation. This design maximizes the cracking of organic compounds from waste tires, resulting in a higher oil yield. During the first cooperation, DOING conducted tests comparing the customer’s old pyrolysis furnace with our new design—the yield difference was clear convinced them to make the initial purchase.
Currently, all three 18TPD pyrolysis furnaces are in production. After production and rigorous quality inspection, they will be dispatched to the customer's project site in Thailand, ready to bolster their established pyrolysis operations.
