Waste oil diesel conversion plant is a refining plant can converstion waste oil （waste tyre oil,plastic oil ,motor oil ,engine oil ）to diesel ,the diesel can application to ship ,truck ,genertor etc.
Generally speaking, there are two kinds of waste oil to diesel conversion plant in Chinese market. Horizontal reactor and Vertical reactor. Horizontal reactor is the old design. Vertical reactor is the new design. For now, most customers buy vertical distillation. For vertical reactor, there are two ways of heating system: direct heating and indirect heating. For the direct heating, you will need to heat the reactor and wait to cool the reactor every batch time. It is not efficient. For indirect heating, there are also two different ways: air heating and conductive oil heating.The air heating is slow too. It needs to heat the air heating furnace first and use the hot air to heat the reactor. So to maximize the efficiency, in our waste oil to diesel conversion plant, we use indirect heating system of heat transfer oil.
