DOING ECO signed a contract in September 2026 with an internationally experienced Iranian investor, to supply two sets of DY-15 tyre pyrolysis machines and one DY-D-15 waste oil to diesel refining machine for a new project in Kenya. The deal is a technology-for-investment partnership: the customer brings international market knowledge and a Kenya footprint, and DOING ECO provides the equipment that makes the investment run.

DOING ECO waste tyre to diesel pyrolysis & refining machine
The customer is an Iranian national with a company registered in the Netherlands, giving the investment an international structure and an investor's view of where markets are heading. The Kenya project is a deliberate move into a new geography, backed by the customer's own assessment of local market conditions and a working relationship with Kenyan government bodies that smooths the path for a new operation.
For the customer, the appeal of Kenya is straightforward: rising demand for energy, a growing waste tire volume that needs management, and room for a local fuel supplier. Those conditions make the investment case, not a product pitch. The customer is not buying equipment to resell it — the plan is to run the plant and sell the output, which means the quality of the final diesel directly affects the project's revenue.
That is why the customer's attention stayed on one practical question throughout the discussion: can the refined diesel run in generators? It is the usage that makes the product saleable, and it is the usage that makes the investment work.
DOING ECO's solution was two sets of DY-15 tyre pyrolysis machines paired with one DY-D-15 waste oil to diesel refining machine, configured as a combined tyre-to-diesel line.
The two sets of DY-15 tyre pyrolysis machines process waste tires in an oxygen-free chamber, converting them into pyrolysis oil, carbon black, and steel wire. The oil feeds the refining stage; the carbon black and steel wire are recovered as separate saleable products.

Final products and applications from waste tyre pyrolysis machine
The DY-D-15 waste oil to diesel refining machine takes the crude pyrolysis oil and refines it — removing impurities, gum, and light fractions — to produce a cleaner, more stable diesel-range fuel. The refining step is what makes the product suitable for generator combustion, and that is exactly what the customer needed. DOING ECO's technical documentation on the refining output gave the customer the confidence to commit to the investment.

Usages of non-standard diesel from waste oil refining machine
| Equipment | Role in the customer's Kenya project |
| Two DY-15 tyre pyrolysis machines | Convert waste tires into crude pyrolysis oil, carbon black, steel wire |
| One DY-D-15 waste oil to diesel refining machine | Distil crude oil into generator-suitable diesel fuel |
| Combined line | From waste tire to finished fuel, controlled in one setup |
The customer moved deliberately. In May, a technical team visited DOING ECO's facility for a first-hand look at the production lines and engineering capacity. In September, the investor returned for a second visit — going through the technical details and the project plan — and paid on the day of that visit.
Three things stood out in the decision. DOING ECO answered questions promptly, keeping the communication moving. The technical exchange was handled professionally, with accurate responses to the customer's specific questions about diesel quality and generator compatibility. And the factory scale, seen in person, gave the customer a basis for judging whether DOING ECO could deliver on the order. No one of these alone closed the deal — all three together did.

DOING ECO waste tire to diesel pyrolysis and refining machine manufacturer services
The two sets of DY-15 tyre pyrolysis machines and the DY-D-15 waste oil to diesel refining machine have entered DOING ECO's production schedule. Once manufacturing is complete, the equipment will be shipped to the customer's Kenya project, where it will process waste tires into generator-grade diesel fuel.
