The expo is the largest gathering of Chinese manufacturers in Nigeria and has run 18 sessions with backing from the Federal Government of Nigeria and the Lagos State Government, attracting buyers from Ghana, Benin, Togo, Côte d'Ivoire and beyond.

Three Conversations You Can Have at Booth 1B09

1. See what the machine actually produces. The pyrolysis machine heats waste tires or plastics inside a sealed reactor with no oxygen present. Out come pyrolysis oil for industrial boilers and furnaces, carbon black, steel wire from the tires, and a gas that is piped back to heat the reactor instead of being wasted.

2. Match the machine to your material. Tell us what you collect — whole tires, shredded tires, PE, PP, PS or mixed plastics — and roughly how much arrives per month. The answer changes the reactor design, the feeding system and the condensing setup.

3. Know what happens after the invoice. Every order from DOING ECO carries installation supervision and operator training once the plant reaches your site, with spare parts supplied over the working life of the machine.

The Machine Range Behind the Conversations

DOING ECO builds the pyrolysis machine in four formats: a compact skid-mounted unit taking 100 kg or 500 kg per batch for trials, a batch model at 1–20 TPD, a semi-continuous model at 5–20 TPD, and a fully continuous model at 15–50 TPD. For tire feedstock, pyrolysis oil typically makes up 40–55% of the input by weight, carbon black about 35% and steel wire 10–15% — shares that move with the material you feed in.
