In December 2025, DOING achieved successful cooperation with a Spanish client for one set of 15 TPD semi-continuous tire pyrolysis plant and one set of 10TPD pyrolysis oil distillation plant.

The Spanish client has long been engaged in the energy and fuel-related business, accumulating rich experience in the local fuel sales market. Noticing the abundant supply of waste tires in Spain and the huge profit potential of converting waste tires into fuel through pyrolysis technology, the Spanish client decided to expand its business scope—recycling local Spanish waste tires to produce fuel for sale.
To strictly verify the strength of equipment suppliers, the Spanish client entrusted a third-party agent to conduct an on-site inspection of DOING factory. During the inspection, the agent comprehensively evaluated DOING production scale, manufacturing process, quality control system, and product samples. The inspection results showed that DOING factory strength, production capacity and product quality fully met the Spanish client's requirements for high-quality pyrolysis plant and distillation plant.

15TPD semi-continuous tire pyrolysis plant recommended by DOING perfectly matches the client's business needs: it balances operational flexibility and production efficiency, is suitable for medium-scale waste tire processing, and can stably convert waste tires into pyrolysis oil. The supporting 10TPD pyrolysis oil distillation plant can further refine the pyrolysis oil into diesel fuel suitable for diesel generators and heavy machinery, expanding its applications and helping the Spanish client maximize product value.
After the third-party agent submitted a detailed and positive inspection report, the Spanish client had full confidence in DOING products and strength. In December 2025, the Spanish client officially signed a cooperation contract with DOING and placed the order for the two sets of plant.
