The following is a method to deal with the sudden power failure when the waste tire pyrolysis plant is running according to different situations.
1. If the equipment running time is within 2 hours when the power is off,customers can restart the waste tire pyrolysis plant after the power is restored.
2. If the equipment runs for more than 2 hours but no oil gas is produced when the power is off, customers just wait for the power to restart the equipment.
3. If the equipment is running for more than 2 hours when the power is off, and there is already oil gas production, customers needs to follow the instructions below before restarting waste tire pyrolysis plant after the power is restored:
① Heat the pyrolysis reactor for about 15 minutes, then rotate the reactor about 90° (do not exceed 180°); then, turn off the reducer and stop running the reactor until the reactor automatically falls back to its original position.
② Repeat the above operation 3~4 times, and then reduce the heating time; until the reducer is turned off, the pyrolysis reactor will not automatically fall back to its original position.
4. Customers can also purchase a generator as a backup in case of power failure, so that can deal with emergency situations of power failure at any time. Generally speaking, a set of 10 ton batch waste tire pyrolysis plant is equipped with a 60kw generator.
