1. Documents
All the necessary documents will be provided by DOING, from the shipping documents to the technical documents. Our engineer will customize the equipment list according to our customer's order, this equipment list even includes the amount of every screw. Our engineer will also design the layout according to customer's site, the general installation drawing and the foundation drawing. For shipping, we provide the custom clearance documents and some special documents like CO, COC etc.
2. Delivery
Henan Doing company will pack all the small spare parts with wooden cases and attach the spare parts list to every wooden case for customer checking when receive the equipment. We also could help our customer to book the ship if customer don't have suitable agent for shipping, we have long term cooperation forwarder who can find the cheapest ship for our customers. And they are familiar with loading our equipment, which is beneficial to ensure the safety of equipment.

3. Technical support
After equipment arriving, DOING company will send professional installation engineer to customer’s plant site to guide and help install and debug the equipment. Besides that, our engineers can also help to train the equipment operator andworkers until they could operate the equipment successfully.
4. Warranty
DOING company give all customers one year warranty period since the installation of the equipment is completed and officially put into operation. During this one year, DOING will provide the damage spare parts which is demanded because of the quality problem for free, and provide lifetime online help and guidance whenever customer need us, we are always here for our customers.
