Main final products from pyrolysis plant
For example, if your material is waste tires, the final products include 40%-45% pyrolysis oil, 30% carbon black, 15% steel wires and 10%-15% light gas according to the 100% weight of the tire. If your raw material is waste plastic, the final products are pyrolysis oil and carbon black and the exact ratio depends on the type of plastics. If it is oil sludge then the proportion of products depends on the specific composition of the oil sludge.

The obtained pyrolysis oil is a kind of very good heating fuel, with 10592.48Kcal/kg heating value, which is much higher than that of coal. It has a good market in different countries. The pyrolysis oil is widely used in boiler factory, cement factory, steel factory, brick factory, glass factory, heavy oil power plant，warm supply center and so on. In addition, pyrolysis oil can also be refined to diesel by distillation plant.
