On June 27, 2019, three Singaporean customers came to DOING to inspect waste tyre to fuel oil recycling plant.
Two of Singapore's customers are engineers and one is a marketing manager. Their company is specialized in renewable energy. The company, headquartered in Singapore, produces biomass fuels and also provides energy recovery solutions. Their branch office is located in Malaysia and its main business is the renovation of waste tyres.The main purpose of the three customers' visits was to inspect the waste tyre to fuel oil recycling plant produced by DOING company. They plan to build a waste tyre to oil project next door to the tire refurbishment plant in Malaysia. Because there are a large number of waste tyres in their Malaysian factory, some of them can be refurbished, but most of the waste tyres are completely worn and cannot be refurbished. In addition, they need to buy nearly 200 tons of carbon black every month when they retread their tyres. The cost is a bit high for them. So they began to explore new solutions. It is in this situation the customers know that the waste tyre to fuel oil recycling plant produced by DOING company can not only convert waste tyres into fuel oil, but also get better carbon black and some steel wires. So they come to visit DOING factory.

Customers consider that the carbon black obtained from the waste tyre to fuel oil recycling plant can be used for tire retreading, reducing the cost of buying carbon black. Fuel oil can be sold to nearby glassworks, while steel wire can be sold to nearby steel mills. The customer made a very detailed investigation of the waste tyre to oil project before coming, and was full of confidence in the waste tyre to oil project.

The two Singapore engineers who visited the company had rich experience in mechanical design and manufacturing. When they visited the DOING factory, they observed the manufacturing details of the plant, such as welding process and precision very carefully, and praised the design of the reactor of the waste tyre to fuel oil recycling plant and the corresponding safety equipment.
