10T/D waste tyre recycling to fuel oil pyrolysis plant transported to Kazakhstan
Kazakhstan bought two equipments from DOING: waste tire recycling to rubber powder machine and waste tyre recycling to fuel oil pyrolysis plant. The waste tire recycling to rubber powder machine has been delivered to Kazakhstan customer for earlier installation on June 2, 2018. Now 10T/D waste tyre recycling to fuel oil pyrolysis plant has also been transported to kazakhstan.
DOING waste tyre recycling to fuel oil pyrolysis plant is environment friendly technology for the disposal of waste tyres. During the pyrolysis process tyre is chemically broken down into pyrolysis oil, hydrocarbon gas, carbon black and steel wire. DOING waste tyre recycling to fuel oil pyrolysis plant has three condensation system, which could ensure the oil gas pyrolyzed from waste tyres fully cooled into fuel oil, thus to make sure the high oil yield.
