Hunan customers ordered a total of 6 sets 12T/D waste tire pyrolysis plants. On May 30th, 2 setsequipments have been shipped. This is the third and fourth set waste tire pyrolysis plant.

Waste tire pyrolysis plant uses waste rubber, waste plastics, waste tires and other wastes as raw materials, and uses thermal cracking technology to extract fuel oil and carbon black, thereby achieving the goal of turning black pollution into renewable resources. There are two kinds of DOING tire pyrolysis plant, intermittent and continuous waste tire pyrolysis plant. Both waste tire pyrolysis plants have passed ISO, CS certification, high waste utilization, emissions meet environmental protection requirements, oil is close to international, and can be directly used for heating and burning.
The waste tire pyrolysis plants purchased by Hunan customers are intermittent. DOING's newly-produced continuous waste tire pyrolysis plant has a high degree of automation. It only requires one person to control the PLC and can continuously process raw materials, so that "continuous feeding, continuous automatic slag discharge, day and night Night out of oil."
