The first visit to DOING by Chongqing customer was in September last year. They visited several factories, but they like our machine the best, finally decided to cooperate with us. Due to the stricter environmental protection standards inland, the customer decided to apply for an environmental impact assessment before purchasing waste tire pyrolysis plants. During the application for the EIA, DOING actively cooperated to provide the necessary information for the EIA. It took about four and a half months, Chongqing customer's waste tire pyrolysis plants finally passed the EIA.

In February of this year, the customer came to DOING for the second time and formally signed a purchase contract. 4 sets 12T/D waste tire pyrolysis plants were ordered. The equipments were delivered normally on March 21. After nearly two months, 4 sets 12T/D waste tire pyrolysis plants were all installed and put into production around June 10. Everything went smoothly and the customer is very satisfied with DOING's equipments.
The raw materials used by Chongqing customers are large automobile tires. The profit that one set 12T/D waste tire pyrolysis plant can create in one day is as follows:

1.45% fuel oil: 5.4 T, the market price calculated at 400 USD per ton, a day can get 2160 US dollars of income.
2.30% carbon black :3.6T. Carbon black have two uses:
(1)direct sales :80 USD per ton ,3.6T*80 USD =288 USD
(2)refined milling : calculated at 320 USD per ton, 3.6T* 320 USD =1152 USD
3.15% steel wire : 1.8T, calculated at 128 USD per ton ,1.8T *128 USD =230 USD
The expense include the cost of buying waste tires, heating fuel , power consumption , water consumption and required workers. The profit the costumer can get from 4 sets 12T/D waste tire pyrolysis plants is about 8000 USD a day.
