From consumption view, the "white pollution" of the developed countries seems more serious than the developing countries. On the other hand in the developed countries waste harmless disposal rate is higher. In the United States, for example, before the 80 s, the main way of the disposal of waste plastics is landfill, later was found plastic long-term could not degrade, after1990s, they started to dispose as recycle pathway. Now they has already established a set of strict classification recycling system, most of the waste plastic packaging is recycled, part converted into energy or disposed harmlessly in any other way, and that all basically eliminates the potential danger of the waste plastic packing.
