There are 3 different ways to turn your used tires into treasures:
First, pick out some tires that have less wear and tear and refill them with new rubber before using them as vehicle tires. This recycling method is called used tire retread. The number of tires that can be used for retreading is very small, and the life of retreaded tires is not long. In the near future, retreaded tires will still be replaced as used tires again, so this method can only be used for a small number of used tires.The life extension program for used tires cannot be completely recycling used tires.
The second method is to completely recycle the used tire. Firstly separate the steel wire fromthe used tires, and then the used tires is physically broken into very small rubber powder particles. The machine we need is rubber powder production equipment. The crushed used tire will get two products, steel wire and rubber powder particles. The steel wire can be sold in a steel factory, and the rubber powder can be used for rubber products such as rubber pads and rubber runways, etc.

The used tire is cracked by anaerobic heating to obtain fuel oil, carbon black and steel wire by used tire pyrolysis plant.This used tire pyrolysis method is a commonly used treatment method for used tires currently on the market. Because there are big market and huge treasures can be obtained from fuel oil, steel wire, and carbon black.
