The role of waste plastic recycling machine in process of environmental protect

Waste plastic recycling equipment, also named waste tyres pyrolysis plant can not pollute environment at all why the reason is as follows:

Solid waste

After pyrolysis, there will be some solid residual produced from waste plastics accounted for about 5%-10% of total waste plastic, of which the main component is crude carbon black can be as the raw material used in the industry, and also mix with    ash produced from main material—coal in the coal-fired power plants, and then they can be material to manufacturefly ash brick (a kind of environmental Architecture materials) .

Waste water

In the whole process of operating waste plastic recycling equipment, water can only be used in the circulating cooling system, but not in the production to cool down and can be recycled.

Waste gas

Transferred through two safety device: water close &burning air nozzle. Fully burnt, not only eliminated pollutant but also minimized the quantity of fuels. For smoke dust discharge, we apply series machines of patent in our company Desulphurization and dust remover which could control the smoke dust discharge amount meet relative standards of GB-2001.

Noise

The noise mainly produced by recycling equipment in the operation. The intensity of noise source can be controlled between 40 ~ 60 dB (A), which can ensure not to interfere with others in the process of operation.
