The video above shows the installation site of 6 sets 12T/D used tyre pyrolysis plants for customers in Hunan. On August 21, 6 sets 12T/D used tyre pyrolysis plants has been installed successfully and has been put into production now.
These used tyre pyrolysis plants can convert waste tyres/plastics/rubbers into fuel oil and carbon black, whichall could be sold well on the market. From the video, we can see that the used tyre pyrolysis plants have very high oil yield. And the high oil yield is mainly determined by the design of 3 steps cooling system which can guarantee the oil and gas fully cooled.
