The largest trading nation of the countries and regions in red is China
According to the total import-export volume of commodities, last year China surpassed the United States being the world's largest trading nation. Chinese trade volume is $3.87 trillion in 2012.

It is worth noting that the European Union countries are measured by each member state. Taiwan region is not included in China mainland economy.
According to the Federal Reserve report, in 2006, the United States is the world's largest trading partner of 127 countries, China is 70. By 2011, China is the largest trading partner of 124 countries, the United States is 76. The latest data is that by the end of 2012, China has become the largest trade partner of 128 countries.
