Two obvious improvements are in the pyrolysis reactor and black carbon treatment
1. The structure of rapid cooling is designed for the pyrolysis reactor to increase the cold air inlet and exhaust outlet, which can realize rapid cooling and save operation time.
2. In the carbon black slag discharge link, a carbon black slag discharge port is added, and a closed carbon black centralized collection system is designed. Make waste tyre/plastic pyrolysis plant more efficient and environmentally friendly.
