What machines used for the process of palm kernel oil extracting is depend on the daily input capacity of your plant. Generally, less than 30 tons per day, you can use pressing method to extract palm kernel oil, and more than 30 tons per day, our engineers will suggest you to choose solvent extraction method to extract more oil out. Because the residual oil rate of pressing method is about 6-7%, however that of solvent extraction method is only less than 1%.

Firstly, there is a machine which is necessary if your raw material is palm kernel nut (with shell). That is palm kernel nut cracking and separating machine that is used to crack the palm kernel nut, and separate palm kernel ans its shell.
