Operation methods of vibration cleaning sieve:    

1, Check before driving wheel driving pulley wheel is elastic, sound foreign body; inspection of fasteners, sieve surface smoothness, suspender whether the damage degeneration;

2, Add the lubricating oil;

3, The adjusting nut damper on the distance of 25mm, make sure and screen ship distance;

4, Idle 10min normal after feeding;

5, To maintain the normal operation, stable flow uniformly continuous;

6,Tour inspection sieve surface and the dust suction effect, check the fastener; such as the discovery of the violent vibration, sound or bearing temperature more than 70 ℃, immediately parking maintenance, troubleshooting.
