For larger particles oilseed, such as soybean oil, peanut, coconut, dried, pre-press cake, etc., to be broken into particles of a certain size in order to make rolling embryo, forming, press and other follow-up procedures for effective processing.
Crusher requirements:
1, no oil, not a group, less powder. Powder Degree Requirements: Soybean < 10%, peanut <5%, the cake <8%;
2, uniform size medium size. Such as soybeans crushed into 4-8 lobes, peanuts broken into 6-8 lobes, pre-press cake, coconut diameter 6-10mm;
3, the control of water into the crusher machine (7% -14%), to ensure the best crushing effect.
