The air suction carbon black discharge system
The air suction carbon black discharge system used in the waste tire pyrolysis plant, is used for discharging carbon black after tire pyrolysis process.
Compared with ordinary screw conveyors, the new developed air suction carbon black discharge system has the following advantages:
1. The air suction carbon black discharge system could discharge the carbon black when it’s still hot.
2. The air suction carbon black discharge system has smaller land occupy size.
3. Compared to traditional carbon black screw conveyor, the air suction carbon black discharge system would not have the possibility of block, thus to avoid frequent maintenance.
4. The air suction carbon black discharge system could make the discharge or slagging process much faster or more effective.
5. The entire air suction carbon black discharge system system is completely closed and sealed, which there would be no carbon black fly into the air. So, it will not cause any harm to the environment.
6. After carbon black is sucked out by the air suction carbon black discharge system would be collected to one storage system, thus to make easier package.
7.There is a pulse dust collector with the air suction carbon black discharge system, which could collect the small dust from the carbon black, thus to avoid the dust pollution to the air.
8. The air suction carbon black discharge system was developed by us specially for big scale waste tyre pyrolysis plant use. The bigger scale of the pyrolysis plant, the lower cost of the air suction carbon black discharge system.
