July17^th-22^th, South Africa officials studied 6 days in Henanprovince. Henan province Deputy Head of department of commerce Zhang lei-ming, Chiefof Henan inspection and quarantine bureau Ma Hai-yan, Henan customersregulatory clearance Li Xiao-yun, Renmin university of China Ding Kai and WangBaokui, Director of the Economic of school renmin university of China to attendthe meeting.

Meeting presidedby the department of commerce of henan province foreign economic wang feng. Firstly,Zhang Lei-ming, the deputy director of Henan Department of commerce introducedHenan situation. He points out that the china-africa friendship goes back toancient times, China became the first largest trading nation in Africa, for fiveconsecutive years in 2013. Africa imported amounted to $2.5 billion, 36%increase, cumulative $113 million from Henan Province. And occupy a quarter ofthe whole province overseas investment, including roads, Bridges, schools andhospitals, etc. Finally, director zhang said the province will be more effortsto create more employment opportunities for Africans.
