The normal cooking oil is peanut oil, soybean oil, sunflower oil, rice bran oil, palm oil, corn oil and so on. Do you want to know how to make the cooking oil? Here I will introduce the process of making cooking oil for you.

According to different oil seed and capacity, there are two ways to make cooking oil. One is pressing way, the other one is solvent extraction way. The pressing way is used for high oil content seed, such as peanut, palm, sunflower, etc. While the solvent extraction way is used for low oil content seed, such as soybean, rice bran and so on.

Pressing way to make crude cooking oil:
Oil seeds  ——>  cleaning——>  crusher——>   flaking roller——>  cooker——>   oil presser ——>  crude cooking oil

Solvent extraction way to make crude cooking oil:
Oil seeds——>  cleaning——>   crusher——>    flaking roller——>   cooker (puffing)——>   oil extractor ——>  crude cooking oil

After getting crude cooking oil by pressing way or solvent extraction way, the crude cooking oil is sent to oil refinery workshop to get higher quality cooking oil. After refining, the cooking oil is more suitable for human.
The process of oil refinery workshop as follows:
Crude cooking oil——>  degumming and deacidification——>  decolorization——>  deodorization ——>  (winterization)
