Palm oil refinery and fractionation line customer from Africa.

Africa customer come to visit our factory, he is very impressed in our palm oil refinery and fractionation machine and factory.

We sign a contract with this customer later.

The processing capacity is 10000 Ton crude palm oil per year.

Palm oil refinery and fractionation amchine, can reduce palm olein oil and Palm Stearic Acid from crude oil.

Introduction of palm oil refinery machine and fractionation line:

(1) Palm oil refining workshop is through take off impurity, Degumming, decoloring, deodorization, removing wax, fractionation etc, to achieve different standards edible oil.
At present, Having four grade of edible oil, different oil grade have different requirement for quality and machines.

   It is suitable for refining various crude vegetable oil, such as sunflower oil, tea oil, groundnut oil, cottonseed oil, palm oil, rice bran oil, soybean oil, corn oil and palm oil, etc.

(2) Main parts:refining pot , decoloration pot ,deodorization pot, crystal tank, filter press, oil pumps and other parts ;
