After cracking the palm nut, the weight of shell and kernel is very close, so it is a very complicated process to separating them. In palm kernel&shell separating section, we use air separator system to control high pressure air speed and volume through adjusting the transducer. When the speed and air volume arrive the critical value, the shell and kernel can be separated. Especially for the rind seed and hybridization seed's palm nut (husk thickness <1.4mm), the effect of separating is the best.
