Station 01. Harvesting of Fresh Palm Fruit Bunches (FFB)
For extracting oil from palm fruits, you will have to start by harvesting fresh fruit bunchs and keeping them ready for the next stage of palm oil processing process. Make sure that they are ripe and in good condition if you are to get a perfect result.
Station 02. Sterilizing of Fresh Palm Fruit Bunches (FFB)
Sterilizing can prevent the palm fruit from being oxidation or rancidity. Through sterilizing, easier extraction of palm oil is achieved. The palm fruit sterilizer machine has vertical type and horizontal type. Henan Doing Company can design and manufacture them for you.
Station 03. Threshing of Fresh Palm Fruit Bunch (FFB)
In palm oil processing machine, threshing is finished in palm fruit thresher machine. It is a revolving drum structure. Station 04. Digesting and Pressing of Palm Fruit
Palm fruit digester machine or palm oil digester machine pounds palm fruit into a paste and supplies heat to the palm fruit to facilitate the palm oil pressing process. There are vertical palm fruit digester machine and horizontal palm fruit digester machine. But vertical palm fruit digester machine is the mostly used and has better effect than horizontal palm fruit digester machine.
In pressing process, double screw palm oil press machine is used. DOING Brand double screw palm oil press machine is controlled by hydraulic system. It has two advantages: 1. Station 05. Clarification of Crude Palm Oil
After pressing, the crude palm oil is usually taken to the clarification section to remove impurities. It is in this stage that the final crude palm oil is received, observed and finally stored in a bulk tank.
