1. Distillation. The tyre crude oil is heated in a distillation reactor. When the distillation reactor reaches a certain temperature, the tyre crudeoil will become oil gas and flow out of the distillation reactor.
2. Cooling. The oil gas are cooled by a cooling system into liquid oil, which is then collected into a storage tank.
3. Decolorization and deodorization. After distillation, the oil is separated from the heavy impurities and turned into a light oil with smaller molecules, but this part of the light oil is darker and has some smell. So after the tyre oil is distilled, it needs to be decolorized and deodorized to remove the heavy color and smell.
4. Filtering. After decolorization and deodorization, the oil is further filtered by the filtration system to obtain bright color diesel oil.
